Delete Your LiftTraq Account
You can initiate deletion directly inside the LiftTraq app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open LiftTraq.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Open Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the consequences and confirm deletion.
Subscription reminder: deleting your LiftTraq account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscriptions through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
What deletion covers
Account deletion removes or schedules removal of personal account data associated with LiftTraq, including the account identifier and stored workout information, subject to limited retention required for security, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Before deleting
- Deletion may be permanent and cannot always be reversed.
- Workout history, notes, plans, and progress associated with the account may be lost.
- Cancel any active subscription separately through Apple.
Unable to access the app?
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
