Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mecha Consulting B.V. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use LiftTraq.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use LiftTraq, we may collect:

  • Email address: used to create and authenticate your account and communicate about support or service matters.
  • User ID: an internal identifier used to connect your account with your app data.
  • Fitness data: workout plans, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, rest periods, notes, completed workouts, and training history.
  • Purchase history: subscription or entitlement status needed to unlock paid functionality and restore purchases.
  • Product interaction data: information such as onboarding completion, workout starts and completions, feature usage, and paywall interaction, where analytics are enabled.
  • Preference data: settings such as weight units, week start day, notification settings, theme, and display preferences.

2. How we use information

  • Provide account authentication and core app functionality.
  • Create, store, and display your workouts and progress.
  • Restore purchases and verify access to paid features.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve LiftTraq.
  • Respond to support requests.

3. Tracking and advertising

LiftTraq does not use your email address, fitness data, user ID, purchase history, or product interaction data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. LiftTraq does not display third-party advertising.

4. Apple services

LiftTraq may use Apple services such as Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, iCloud, notifications, and App Store receipt or entitlement services. Apple processes information under its own privacy terms.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate LiftTraq, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, customer support, and subscription infrastructure. These providers may process data only for the services they provide to us.

6. Data retention

We retain account and workout information while your account remains active or as needed to provide LiftTraq. We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

7. Account deletion

You can initiate account deletion inside LiftTraq through Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also review the instructions on our Delete Account page.

Deletion may be irreversible. Active App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Contact us using the details below.

9. Children

LiftTraq is not designed as a children’s app. The App Store age rating may vary by region.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when LiftTraq, our data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
