Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of LiftTraq, provided by Mecha Consulting B.V.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using LiftTraq, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Fitness information only

Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or changing an exercise programme, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, symptoms, or concerns. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms presented at purchase and Apple’s applicable policies.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Deleting your LiftTraq account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse LiftTraq, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where legally permitted, use it to violate law, or copy and redistribute app content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

LiftTraq, its software, branding, interface, illustrations, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Mecha Consulting B.V. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, LiftTraq is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mecha Consulting B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of LiftTraq. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using LiftTraq at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
